Passionate about technology and software applications for industry. Self-motivated and customer-centric attitude paired with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and work to tight deadlines in technically complex environments. A training certification is strongly preferred, technical user training nice to have. Experience preparing and reviewing documentation and great attention to detail. Experience in service delivery onsite with customers, ideally from a Broadcast Graphics vendor or Broadcast news operations This video will show you how to download and install Vizrt Artist for your own personal use. 
Software engineering experience in the broadcasting industry is essential, experience with Vizrt's products is an advantage. Degree in Computer Science, Broadcasting Technology, or related field. Be keen to learn other Viz products and solutions, especially NDI and Cloud enabled media workflows and Studio Automation solutions. Lead by example amongst all Vizrt engineers, by helping to establish best practice and coach/mentor new engineers as requested. Travel to Vizrt offices and customer sites across EMEA as required. Work with Product Management, Customer Support and R&D to investigate and eliminate bugs. Lead installation, template design, super user training, documentation, troubleshooting for relevant projects. Help to define ways of working with Unreal, Viz Artist and more graphics applications within the customers workflow. Be the main point of contact for studio workflows. Frequently work on large projects in planning, execution and documentation phases Vizrt has launched a free edition of its Viz Artist 4.2 real-time 3D graphics design tool, as well as a new Viz Artist in Residence program that initiates the search for the world’s greatest. Configure and launch virtual studio systems into production in an efficient and professional manner. Be asked to advise customers on best use when optimizing Viz Artist in their environments. Work on design topics such as Virtual Studio workflow, design and enhanced template design work. Deploy high-quality systems to Vizrt clients as part of a project team. This role will require travel throughout Europe and upon occasion webinar participation out of hours for customers and colleagues in varying time zones. You will be part of our Professional Services team with Project Managers and Solution Architects and together, the team is responsible for deploying solutions and support customers both from the office and onsite. 
In this exciting role, you will deploy high quality software systems for our customers via tasks such as installation, configuration, super user and template design training and documentation.
Focusing on GFX, based at one of our EMEA locations, preferably Madrid (Spain) or Germany (Munich or remote work possible), or Paris (France).
